No, I don't think he did it. He is just a seriously unhinged person seeking attention and obsessed with little deceased girls.
I'm not sure we'll ever find out who did it.

i think he was a part of it, but i don't think he did it. I think he and Patsy Ramsey were in on it together somehow.
