PBJ or Grilled Cheese sandwhiches before bed.................Weight Gainer or Meal replacement shakes in addition to your regular meals. Just be sure to workout regularly while consuming these.
You'll s--l--o--w--l--y put weight on.

Don't gain weight just too suit everyone else. If you are healthy, have good skin, teeth and nails. And, most of all your doctor doesn't find anything wrong with your weight the you are perfectly fine and normal.

You could drink protein shakes or instant breakfast. This will help with vitamins and plus give you some extra calories. Your metabolism might just be really high. If that is the case enjoy it because it may go away someday. That happened to me.

Well to have a healthy body you have to drink lots of water, keep yourself hydrated and eat lots of veggies and fruits. Exercise so you have muscle too. You know plus you shouldn't think about weight, I mean you get one chance don't ruin it thinking about weight. You're probably just fine but a lot of people tell me to go to the doctor and ask about it. They do have a chart but there's not really an average because people have different body shapes and heights.

you might not want to gain weight but think more about gaining muscle by exercising with weights. this will definitely help you get a little heavier and it will be healthier for you. also, try visiting a GNC or health food store and see if they have any weight-gain pills/ powders that you can consume that will help you with this situation. good luck

Enjoy it because once you mature and your matabolism slows down, you'll miss those skinny days. Don't be in such a rush to grow up. Besides if you gain weight someone else will find something else negative about you.

Get pregnant! Hehe, j/p...you sound young, so don't....but it would work. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you are healthy. Keep eating a balanced diet and don't let insecure people make you feel that you're body is any less than as perfect as it should be. Plus, enjoy that metabolism while you can...you will miss it when it is gone :o( *sniff*

it is good if you are skinny at this age. Kids usually go in for fastfood and gain a lot of weigth which is real bad. with the coming of age you'll be fine.
