I mean make it more entertaining:
if its a good answer show a "light bulb" the symbol for an idea.
if it's not so ok then the "bomb with a lit fuse."
Or the "smiley" icon
or an "angry face" or "smirking face."
In short since there is really no prize on answering make it more amusing or worth our while.

It is impossible for the site to determine what a "good answer" is (aside from spam filtering). If such a thing were possible, then picking a "best answer" would be handled automatically as would, realistically, the answering process itself (creating a system to generate answers until one tests as a "good answer).
