If you can I would like to know how much room do you need to do this? Also do you expect any problems doing this. I own a macbook pro and i need windows to run autocadd but i dont want to erase mac os.

It is possible only if Win XP could detect the flash drive as it did for hard drives while choosing a drive to install the Windows.
And if it may possible the flash drive would contain more space at least 3gb of space required.

Maybe but you would never be able to use it on a different computer and as you are using a mac you will have problablem get an external hardrive instead will be faster and a lot more reliable. good luck you will need it.

I don't think the OS will allow itself to be installed in a flash drive.
