Tuition is the fees you pay to attend school at their institution. For a community college, it is calculated by unit. For example $20 per unit. A course is typically 3-4 units so your tuition for that course would be from 60-80$. At a university, your tuition is usually a base amount of anywhere from $20k-$80,000 per semester or year, depending on how prestigous the college is.

I'm pretty sure that it is different from a normal class. Tuition is a fee you pay for lessons. I think that the tuition is paid for during registration. But, when in doubt ask your principal or counselor.

Tuition is the fee you pay usually calculated per credit hour.The more credits you take the more the cost. This does not include the cost of books, or additional mandatory fees.

Another definition of "tuition" is any teaching or instruction, but usually, it is used in the sense of the cost, as all these wise students have explained above ;-)
