i bought computer last week and i went out and bought a pair of sony speakers and i could barely hear from them so i took them back and now i bought a new set and its the same thing...i plugged them in the right spot and chaged the audio settings and still nothing!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You may need a sound card.
Find system info in the start menu and go to tools and run the direct x test. You can trouble shoot from it as well.

Hi. There are two audio outputs from your computer, speaker and line. The difference is that speaker is amplified. Make sure you are in that jack. Also check to make sure any batteries in self-amplified speakers are installed correctly. Try headphones to see if the audio is working. Check both jacks.

maybe u can tell someone that workers at the store because if both pares of speaker didn't work then something is wrong with your computer
