1.what is a cache , cookie?how to clear them.
2.different types of DSL connections.
3.what is LAN WAN?Types of networking LIKE STAR MODEL, BUS MODEL, SORT OF STUFFS THAT YOU WILL GET IN ANY MIS books.

Written tests were far more challenging cos ' they went a little too deep.But even if u do badly in written tests u will get thro if u speak god english.
