What I mean is, when I go to Explorer, or even to a website, it remains unchanged since the last time I viewed that page. For instance, I use Yahoo as my home page. If I don't go to the home page for a few days, I see it never updated. So, for instance, news is very old. Another example, with ASK (here), it's the same. When I first signed in, I saw what was posted the last time I was at this site. SO I have to actually hit the refresh button. Why is that, and how do I fix that?
Crazy, huh?!?
Thanks

In internet explorer, go to Tools /Internet Options. Click on settings under "temporary internet files". Make sure the radio button "automatic" is chosen under "check for newer versions of stored pages"... it probably is chosen as "never" at the moment..

Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, General tab, click on Settings under Temporary Internet files, select Automatically for check for new versions of stored pages.

You need to delete the temporary internet files from time to time otherwise it opens the cached page.

You need to empty out your temporary internet files after each session or the page will show the last viewed config.

Right click on IE icon on desktop
Left click on properties
click delete files and delete cookies.
problem solved.

Another way is to, and follow closley:

Right click on IE icon on desktop
Left click on properties
Click on advanced tab
Scroll down until you see: Security, now look for box next to
"Empty Temporary Internet files folder when browser is closed.
Check mark it and click apply.

now when you close your browser you'll start a new every time.
