go to your local DMV and ask the question, they should have the forms to fill out. If you are doing this just to go to an auction, your wasting your time. You need insurance and a place to do business (car lot) out of. When I was a dealer (car) 15 yrs ago the insurance was 2500 per yr and a lot was anywhere from 1000 on up

Usually you call the police dept in the place where you want to be licensed and they will tell you all you need to know.

I sell meth & have never had a license to sell it . . . what part of town are you thinking of slingin your rock? The govt has no business sticking their nose into our business . . . they just keep taxin everything . . next thing you know you will have to get a license to go out to dinner......
