If and when the Earth wobbles from Polaris to Vega (Stars) will it change the magnetic fields?

Earth's magnetic poles are governed by molten metal circulation in the core, and have in fact shifted back and forth many times over earth's history. That is, sometimes the south rather than north magnetic pole has been aligned with the artic region. It has nothing to do with the celestial poles.

No. The magnetic poles are constantly changing erratically. The direction that the Earth’s axis points changes slowly in a process called “procession”, so the Earth wobbles like a spinning top, only it takes about 25,000 years to complete one wobble.

NO The pointing of the earth north pole has nothing to do with the magnetic pole. The pointing of the pole is More like a gyro that is used to stabilize min the shuttle. gyro in the shuttle u can adjust but the earth is tooo big.
