Does anyone have any honest feedback on the Carlton Sheets no down payment program?

I ordered this program and I just received it I have yet to open it so I was curious if any one (normal person) had actually tried the program and does it really work?

The program works best for Carlton, he hit the Florida R. E. boom just right, but it will not work so great in some other areas.

In 1970, I knew a guy doing the same thing before I ever heard of Sheets, small town in S. C. He made, not what Carlton made, but still a fortune or two. Principals work, but like everything else, you must have credit and some money, can't do it without money and integrity.
