Yves Rocher has a wonderful chamomile and aloe cream that works wonders! Also good are aloe gels, since they feel cool and soothing, or your most natural one? Fresh cucumber, chilled and sliced. Place a slice over each eye for ten minutes. You will see and feel the difference. You can also use chamomile tea bags, but they don't feel as cool or comfy.

Yes. Origins has a product called "Anti-Puff Cooling Eye Gel" that is for puffy eyes. I've used it myself. The best product I've used is made by Physician's Formula ( "Under Eye Gel" ). It really seems to do the trick.
Hope this helps.

Yes there is. The Body Shop make an excellent one from elderflowers, it is not expensive. Alternatively if you are on a real tightr budget, aloe vera gel works well, if you don't have a plant you can get it in the health food section at the supermarket.

I used to work for the Virgin Cosmetics Company (Virgin Vie) in their Newcastle store and I can honestly say that their Wide Awake eye gel is a god send! Use straight from the fridge. If you dont have a store nearby, you can order online at www.virgin.com/cosmetics

Don't know if this is the sort of thing you're looking for but some chemists stock a eye mask, what you do is put them in the fridge. When they're cold enough you put the mask over your eyes. Never used them so not sure of the name but I think boots sell them.

Go the inexpensive route, take two used tea bags and place them on your eyes. Lay down for a few minutes and your eyes will feel much better. Or you can use shredded cucumber.

Even better, if you can put up with it. A cold flannel over your eyes when trying to go asleep. Your eyes will look an feel good if you can manage to fall asleep.
