Some one comes up to you cussing and swearing?

If a stranger comes up to me "cussing and swearing." I just take notice that they seem agitated. I probably would not say anything to them.

I would probably make a very confused face, shrug my shoulders, and walk away.

If I knew them, I'd wait until they were finished and I would ask them, "Are you done now? If you have more to say, please say it, and let me know when it's my turn."
If I didn't know them I'd run in the other direction.

If possible, turn and walk away...
If not possible, try to calm them down...
