doctors cannot tell weather you are a virgin or not

Many people are under the impression that the hymen is located within the vagina. It is not. It’s a mucous membrane that is part of the vulva, the external genital organs. It’s located outside the vagina. The hymen is a layer of tissue, just like the tissue around the opening of your vagina that partially conceals the vaginal orifice. You may or may not have one, most females do.
Some hymens are elastic enough to permit a penis to enter without tearing, or they tear only partially, and there is NO bleeding at all. When adequately lubricated the vagina is fairly 'flexible' and will stretch without discomfort for most women. Sometimes, a woman has sex for years with no real 'tearing' at all, only stretching of the hymen and then at another time the same woman might tear from 'rough sex' or sex with a different partner with a larger penis. Remnants of the hymen are usually still present until a woman delivers a baby vaginally.

Losing virginity is not the same as tearing your hymen.
Virginity is gone after a penetrating sex act.
The hymen can be torn by using tampons and by rough activities like gymnastics, bicycling, and horseback riding.
In old days and some modern primitive countries the two were thought to be the same and any girl with a broken hymen was in big trouble for "having sex before marriage" (stoned to death by community or killed by parents for having shamed her family.)

OMG! Just because you never had intercourse with a man dosent make you a virgin, especially if you used other things like your fingers or toys or whatever ( vegetables maybe? Hell I don't know) The physical ( medical) description of virgin relies on the hymen being completely intact and in some women, because of geneology differences things aren't always 100% exactly the same in appearance. You are the only one who knows for sure, don't worry so much about your GYN's opinion of your virginity unless youy're being inspected for some kind of purist wedding to a Billionaire.

I have heard that doing different kinds of excersize, like the splits.. or riding a horse can break your hymen. Obviously you are a virgin but technically you don't have your "cherry" anymore! That or masturbation, maybe even tampons but I'm not sure about that.
So YES it is possible, I lost my hymen before I had sex also.. still don't know why to this day!

Having sex is the only way to lose your virginity. You can break your hymen horseback riding, playing sports, etc... but that does NOT mean you are no longer a virgin.

According to wikipedia:
"Virginity is a term used to describe what a person has when he or she has not yet engaged in sexual intercourse. A person who still has his or her virginity can accordingly be described as being a virgin."
"Among human females, the hymen is a membrane, part of the vulva, which partially occludes the entrance to the vagina and which is often physically torn when the woman first engages in sexual intercourse. Hymens vary in thickness, shape, and flexibility. The presence of an intact membrane is often seen as physical evidence of virginity in the broader technical sense. The absence of one, however, is not necessarily an indication of participation in sexual intercourse, since in some women the hymen is either absent from birth, or sufficiently vestigial not to be affected by sexual penetration. Also, the hymen can be broken before a woman engages in sexual intercourse, for example during strenuous exercise or during the insertion of a tampon."

The only way you can become "de-virginized" by having sexual relations involving both male and female sexual organs. No other way.
If the doctor is telling you that you're not a virgin, he's either telling you something you already know, or question where he went to medical school.

no thats not possible. the only way to tell if youre a virgin is your hymen. and if thats broken you are not a virgin and the only way to do that is to insert something into youre vagina. sports or riding a bike cant do that.

None of that other stuff matters. You are a virgin unless you have had sex.
