Just curious. I know some places offer it for FREE! but I just wanna know. =)

Well, you have to pay the doctor's fee for the visit and collection of the cervical cells sample on a slide [about $60-$80]. Then a Pathologist must make a microscopic evaluation of the slide and give a written report of his/her findings [about $40-$60]. So it would be anywhere from $100-$140, if you don't have medical insurance. There are clinics that offer low-cost or free PAPs; you may wish to contact your state's health department or go to www.plannedparenthood.com to find out if there are any such facilities in your area.

I know the Marie Stopes Clinic charges £100; or £160 for a combined screening programme: medical history, cervical smear test (using liquid cytology - the most reliable test available), blood pressure and weight check, urine analysis, cholesterol blood test and breast awareness teaching.
This is in the UK though; I'm not sure about the US.

I know at Planned Parenthood - they charge you for Free if you're low income.

here in Quebec canada it is free
