As far as anyone knew I was into rock music like Hendrix, Pink Floyd and The Doors. It wasn't a bluff, I still like that stuff, but I quietly kept a little collection of things like John Coltrane and Thelonius Monk. I really was cool.

Boybands like Bros and New Kids on the Block when I was 16 upwards.
In my early teens (13-14), Spandau Ballet and A-ha.
*Hangs head in shame*
I knew I wasn't cool. The cool people listened to The Cure or various metal bands. The pretentious types listened to Morrissey and the Stone Roses. I was just a typical teenage girl sadly.
I now like Rock and Roll as my tastes have matured!

yeah, I am a teenager. I listen to System of a Down, Three Days Grace, Gorillaz, Eminem, Nickelback, Linkin Park, Muse, Nirvana, Blur, and a lot more. I don't think I'm cool, I just listen to the music that I like and I don't care how popular the bands are.

I'm a teenager, and yeah I am really cool and my taste in music is still broadening. I listen to stuff like Green Day, Guns N Roses, Nirvana, The Darkness, Queen, Puddle of Mudd, Muse, Placebo, R.E.M., and the list goes on and on

I got really into the Doors when I was a teenager...I also loved the 90's english bands that were around at that time (i.e. Pulp, Oasis, Blur) oh and David Bowie, Patti Smith, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Jeff Buckley...the list just goes on...

I was really into the British bands: Beatles; Rolling Stones; Herman's Hermits; Gerry and the Pacemakers, etc.
Also liked Bob Dylan, Judy Collins, Joan Baez.
Also liked Broadway show tunes and classical.

I was into all types of music but what I thought made me cool was my affection for Snoop Doggy Dogg and everything that he rapped on. I bought albums just because he was a guest on one song. I was a fool. This was before he was signed by Master P. That is when I saw the error of my ways.
