there are four sizes. juniors the smallest for really light days\
regular- most popular size moderate bleeding
super for heavier days and
super plus- for those very heavy days
most women use the supers for the firsat days days1-3 \
and regulars for the rest. you need to know how heavy you bleed.if your a very heavy bleeder say you change your pad every hour or two on the first days try the supers. if those fill up in less than 4 hours try the largest size. if after 4 hours you still havent filled a super go down to regular. it takes knowing your period really well. try the links provided they all have tampon info and period help. hope i was able to help you

you do not buy tampons for any reason other than flow. from regular to super-plus, all tampons will fit with comfort. if you have really light flow you get regular, super for heavy etc. (hence, the concept of the variety box).

Go with the flow - it depends on the flow. Heavy day -super size it. Light day, a regular will do.

You shouldn't have to change it more often than once every two hours. I use super on my heaviest days, and regular on my lighter days. Some people need super plus, and I've even seen "ultra" by ob. ust try them out!

It dont mean the size of your f a n n y !
theyre all the same physical size, just about. the real difference is how big they swell up to to soak it all up.
you'll know yourself how "heavy" you are. Try, and experiment, you wont die!!! they wont get stuck!!!
Just try. if you get short of cash trying say mum....i NEED them!!!
