Ernesto is not gay, it is an ethnic name. Although, Ernie has a certain amount of sterotype to it. Be glad you are not a Marion, like John Wayne's real frist name. If you lived in France you could be a Vivian. I even have a male friend named Gail, how would you have liked to have been brought up with that? Enjoy Ernesto , it could be a lot worse.

1. It sounds like a 7 letter name that ends with an 'o', therefore designating it as a man's name. Whatever a gay name is, is one that has been sterotyped as one, for whatever reason.
2. Truth be known, you & another can have the same men's name & one be heterosexual & the other homosexual. Now what?
