What is better standard to go with RSS 2.0 or ATOM?

Though RSS is supported by most blogs, the major difference is the appearance of ATOM and the blogs that support ATOM.

RSS is supported by Yahoo! 360 while Google's Blogger only supports ATOM. Guess how many bloggers are using Google's Blogger?

Most normal users would not add extra feedburner on their blogs because RSS and ATOM are not something they know more than you and me. So, it's clear which one is better, at least for now.

RSS is the best, and supported with the best.
