My granddad taught me that you can accomplish anything with either duct tape or baling wire. If those don't work you might try superglue. Hope this helps.

Go w. a wireless model & hook it up w. an inverter. You can pick up a pretty nice color wireless camera (very small pinhole type) for around $75 at Walmart . . . then pick up an inverter (maybe around $30 or so) from a local car center (like Kragen) . . . plug it in & plug in the unit . . . then mount the camera wherever you want it... I actually have mine hooked up to my laptop (which is also powered by the inverter) & it broadcasts video over the internet . . . . which enables me to check up on my kids when they borrow the car.
