I wear it religiously. I've seen the damage that can happen to a person when they don't wear it, and I've seen people walk away from car wrecks that definitely would have killed them if they hadn't been wearing a seat belt.

I don't wear mine but i make my kids wear theirs. lol
My seat belt doesnt fit right across my body. It's either to high so it hurts my kneck or it goes right in between my breasts... which is a little uncomfortable.
