Then renegotiate the terms of your employment with your parents. Demand that you have a non-hostile workplace and the necessary freedom to do your job correctly.

If they don't agree, quit. Money is good, but it isn't worth losing your mind over.

do something with the kid..he's bored, and idle hands.idle mids, leads to trouble. learn a new card game, play some games. go for a bike ride/or walk to a park. do some crafts with him. Christmas is coming..depending on his age, make pictures out of different types and sizes of noodles. use elmer glue, it dries clear. make a bird feeder out of a pop bottle, and put some toast with peanit butter on it, and watch the birds in the morning. younger brothers/sisters an be annoying, they just want some attention. good luck

Talk to your parents, don't yell at them, and don't bring it up when either of you are already mad or annoyed, but talk to them and tell them the situation, try to get them to believe you that he makes stuff up without turning it into an arguement. and if he's abusing you in any way, you have that to show to your parents too. If all else fails, just do your best to tolerate it, summer is almost over anyway.

It's called growing up. Most likely he is jealous of you for getting money watching him. If he hits you and leaves a mark, show your parents. If your not telling on him, he is getting away with things he shouldn't be getting away with. Remember you are to watch him, not punish him, let your parents to the punishment. Report to your parents what he does first and let them handle it.

If you're in the Northern Hemisphere, the summer is almost over. Stick with it. The money can be enjoyed in whatever way you want. Just think about what you'll do with it while your parents are yelling at you for whatever stupid thing you didn't do.
