Both hurt a LOT. I know from experience on both options. Bellybutton can leave a nasty scar because it often doesn't heal properly, and I would rather get kicked in the face then have my nose done again (because that would have felt better). Wait until you're 18 and get a tattoo.

Girl no!!! Infection!!! Do you know how nasty an infected belly button looks? And it only looks good on those with really toned tummies. Plus it snags on shirts--unless you show you're belly 24/7--which I hope you don't--you're thirteen.
Nose piercings look gross. It will always look like you got a booger.
Are your ears pierced? Do you have your cartilage done? Try that.

at 13, though you shouldnt without parents consent, so....nose.
Its easier, cleaner, less comlications....you can make a statement without the cleansing and hygene resposnibilities of a "body" piercing. (im a guy, and have my nip, belly, top ear, and ear done)
the nose is an easy piercing, not a large hole, easily heals and re covers...particularly relevant as at 13 you will change your mind and whole personality by 16!

Niether if on nose it looks like a booger if on bellybutton its not as bad but its realy gross looking especialy when you mess with it, and it would be painful if you ever rubbed against anything and it got caught

before piercing anything, you need to discuss this with your parents and one of them will have to go with you to sign permission. At 13, you're too young to have the nose done, it's probably not even allowed at your school.

neither or both ... my daughter has several piercings
1. ears
2. ear in upper cartilage
3. nose
4. belly
she just turned 18 and got them starting at 12 with the ear cartilage ... 15 nose .... 16 belly buttons

13 is a little young to get anything pierced babe. i'd say wait a couple more years to pierce anything on your body. you have to clean it daily to prevent infection and possibly have a bad reaction against the piercing. it's not as easy as it sounds. but do whatever you want to do. it's your body.
