to the human body... Regulary and in full working condition it can bring a person just about anywhere and it is very fuel efficient... when it is preganant is it constantly transporting the baby around in the utmost of comfort .

Define Transport Vehicle. Is it a vehicle solely for the purpose of transporting things, or are other vehicles allowed to be considered?

If it is for transporting things, people and equipment, then I would point them to the Antonov AN-225, the world's largest Cargo aircraft.

The most Advanced vehicle would probably be the Unites States Space Shuttle (even though they are 20+ years old).
