Are you talking about Tarot cards? And if so, which deck are you looking at? There are tons! In fact, I have a deck at home that's filled with 50's kitsch imagery, called "The Housewives' Tarot".

The Tarot is the name of the deck of cards that you use for fortune telling. I've found that their are beginner decks sold at Barnes & Nobles so I'm sure you could go to any bookstore and find one. There are also a wide variety of Tarot books, they help explain what the cards mean and how to set them out.
