Daredevil has the most character, and invokes some interesting stories and studies of human nature. Elektra&ninjas are NOT among them, and are crap.
But as far as interesting, Wolverine is great. A good use of an interesting power, enhanced w/ bionics. The movies did well to point out that it hurts to put out the blades.
Villian: Nimrod. Love his focus on his job.
