I went to school with her about 9 years ago. I move out of state and never had the chance to say good bye to her. She was my best friend. She lives somewhere around the Bay Area (San Francisco Ca.) I have tried the white pages and yellow pages but no luck there. I need to know if there is another way to find a person. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP.

Try classmates.com That site lists by birth names, so if your friend is married, you'll still be able to find out about her. Classmates.com also has a bbs for the various schools too. so you could post an APB (All Points Bulletin) so somebody who might know her could pass your query on to her.
Classmates.com is very careful about privacy of its members. So even if you find her and write a note, she may ignore your efforts at contact. You will never see her e-mail and she won't see yours. All correspondance goes through the classmates site.
