Marvin Harrison, Chad Johnson, Randy Moss, Torry Holt, Donte Stallworth, Lee Evans, Braylon Edwards, theres some higher and lower values there, but all are going to have good years.

My top 10:
1. Steve Smith
2. Chad Johnson
3. Marvin Harrison
4. Larry Fitzgerald
5. Braylon Edwards
6. Anquan Boldin
7. Torry Holt
8. Chris Chambers
9. Dion Branch
10. Terrell Owens
Steve Smith of course is coming off and unheardof year, so he is 1. 2 is Chad Johnson, he is always a playmaker. 3 is Marvin Harrison, he is a good reciever with an outstanding QB. 4 is Larry Fitz. and he is always great. Then Braylon Edwards-always good. 6 is Boldin-amazing. The rest are always good/great.

My favorite recievers are Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, Tory Holt, and Larry Fitzgerald...they have all established themselves on their team and have excellent chemistry with their QB.
I would stay away from Moss because he hasn't shown any good connection with Brooks. And Owens...he is just a headache.
If you're looking for a good sleeper that you can get in the later rounds, I would look at Donald Driver, Javon Walker, and Derrick Mason (reunited with Steve McNair)

wow. Nice question. Chambers is a top 5 receiver and Randy Moss could be a #2 WR in the league if Brooks can get him the ball. Holt win continue to put up great #'s, while Smith will cool off alot with his injury and the arrival of Keshawyn.

There are lots of good recievers with good hands and here are the elites, as well as potential breakouts for this season:
Steve Smith, Carolina - Forget about that hamstring injury, Smith will still be the best reciever in the NFL, even with some little help from KeyShawn Johnson, because he's Carolina option 1A and 1B in the offense. Despite the lack of height (he's only 5'9), his god-given speed makes him a CB nightmare and will repeat as one of the best reciever in the NFL.
Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona - With EJ around, this season would be Fitz's best around, despite what he accomplish last season. He still has to be thankful that Warner is still around because he's going to get his share, as well as teammate Anquan Boldin. Plus, he's entering the magic "third-year", which receivers dishes out their best in their career.
Chad Johnson, Cincinnatti - Sure, he come with a cocky touchdown-celebration kind of guy, but he still the best around and with Palmer healthy, watch for Johnson to take off this season.
Marvin Harrison, Indianapolis - What more can I say? He get's better with age and looks like he's going to get more of his share with EJ gone. As long as Manning and Wayne are around, I expect Harrison to be consistent throughout.
Torry Holt, St. Louis - With or without Martz, the greatest show on turf must go on and Holt will be part of it to post another solid season.
Chris Chambers, Miami - 1,000 yard with an average QB last season. Imagine if Culpepper play a full season?
Anquan Boldin, Arizona - see Fitzgerald, but with less TD
Roy Williams, Detroit - Sure, he's injury prone, but he still the best receiver on the team and with Martz's offense, look for Williams to bust out of the gates.
Hines Ward, Pittsburgh - Winning a Super Bowl MVP has to motivate this kid this season.
Santana Moss, Washington - With Portis being on the sideline, look for Moss to get the ball more with a balance passing attack that includes Brandon Lloyd and Antwann Randle El.
Reggie Wayne, Indianapolis - Harrison clone with less TD.
Donald Driver, Green Bay - Still no 1 and no 2 in the passing offense.
Darell Jackson, Seattle - Looks to be Hasselbeck no 1 guy to pass to.
Plaxico Buress, New York - If the other Manning can cut the INT, Buress should have a great season
T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Cincinnatti - Name is hard to say, but the numbers should make fantasy owner feel easy about this kid.
Javon Walker, Denver - Looks to rebound this season with a balance offense
Andre Johnson, Houston - The value depends if Moulds could complement in this offense and if Carr gets the protection he needs. Lundy is an unproven RB, so well have to see what happens.
There are lots more that I can't list but here's the best of the best in this lineup.

It is not as unever as many people seem to think, yet i still woudln't take it. Although it pains me to say this, as a raider fan, Cutler looks like he will become a top 3 qb within the next couple of years. 2 touchdowns in his first four games, wow. however, i wouldnt make this trade. it still is pretty uneven. carson palmer is more proven, as he's played 3 full seasons and cutler played 1/2. palmer is any bit as good as cutler will ever be. plus look at the weapons. its chad johnson and tj houshmasdoijfalskjflaskjf against nobodies. even though i dont think it will affect them,. the 2 deaths could slow cutler's development. id take this trade in 3 years. now, it is uneven.

I grabbed Moss in the 3rd round - You best pick in MY opinion......Steve Smith of Carolina......Lots of yards this year, plus quite a few TD's with their weak schedule.......Good luck
