What is the best concert you have been to?
mine would probably be switchfoot but im going too a foo fighters acoustic on thursday and i can not wait (they are my fave band)

All the bands mentioned so far don't hold a candle to Motley live!!!

Pink Floyd live was amazing.
Rolling Stones were cool live.
Ozzy's blizzard of oz tour was awesome.
Metallica, WASP, and Armoured Saint was the best small venue show I have ever seen back for Metallica's kill em all tour.
Van Halen's 1984 tour was unbelievable.
Festival was either Woodstock 94 or Rock in Rio in 1985.
And the concert I got the most wasted is a tossup between Motley Crue's Shout at the Devil with Accept opening for them and Iron Maiden's tour with GNR opening before GNR made it big.

The best experience I ever had at a show was for Steve Burns and The Umbrella Sequence. I got to the bar about two hours before the show so I wouldn't have to pay a cover charge. The bartender was giving me free drinks all night. Steve Burns, former host of Blue's Clues, sat at the bar and talked with me for awhile. Cool guy. During The Umbrella Sequnce they had a Twister contest. It was a fun time.

Best Stadium experience for me was the Merry Mayhem tour. Four headliners, and only one stinker in the bunch. Soil, Mudvayne (ugh), Rob Zombie, Ozzy Freaking Osbourne. Wow.
Best bigger club venue was Rob Zombie with Anthrax.
Best club show is easy: The Quest club in Minneapolis when Strapping Young Lad played after Meshuggah.
All in all, since I got to see Ozzy, I'd say Merry Mayhem, but Strapping live is an experience.

It was a Metallica concert back on July 4th, 2000! Kid Rock, Korn, System of a Down were also there. I think there was another band but I don't remember for sure.

Well wapred was pretty great but i'd have to say Green Day just becasue they are my fav band of all time plus they put on an awesome show. I'm going to a Dropkick Murphys show on the 14th it should be good too, but not better than Green Day :-)
