Hi Christopher,though you didn't say what is the cause or reason for going without sleep for a long time,I'll like to say that,sleeping problems could be a medical condition. Insomnia,is the inability to get sufficient sleep.Other sleeping problems include snoring,sleep apnoea(a condition in which the airway becomes temporarily blocked during sleep) and narcolepsy(inability to stay awake).Shift work and jet lag are other conditions.
Symptoms of insomnia includes;
- Inability to sleep 30-40mins of going to bed.
- using pills or alcohol to get to sleep.
- waking frequently during the night.
- Waking too early.
Whatever the condition,going without sleep can cause a variety of physical and mental health problems.
Nausea- the urge to vomit may not directly be linked to a lack of sleep,but may be caused by many conditions including systemic illness,eg influenza,medication,pains and inner ear disease.
Melatonin is a natural hormone release by the pineal gland to help regulate the body circadian rhythm. In sleeping problems this hormone is suppress,meaning regulation of normal body rhythm is interfered,which could course bowel obstruction,a condition that causes neasea and vomiting. So you could perhaps be well up with eliminative diagnosis(to eliminate other causes of your nausea).

Are you on amphetamines? They make me feel a little unwell.
I do on calls a lot, and you can start to feel a bit weird when you are awake for a long time. I get shaky...you get sick. Same thing I suppose.
