I exercise and eat properly (most of the time) and set a time when my family knows im studying so there are no distractions. it works amazingly!

One of the best review methods I had in college was to rewrite all of my notes. It was a great way to review lecture, and also provided me with a much neater copy of notes to review for exams.

I first make a list of what I have to study. Then I break the assignments down into parts. Each day I study a part of the assignments for each of my classes.

I listen to either classical music or any music that is calm and nice to listen to. It sounds weird but listening to that kind of music helps me focus when I'm doing school related stuff.
