Your most fertile days are between the 11th to the 15th day after your period, but if your really determined to get pregnant I would check with my Doctor to make sure you are in good health. Take vitamin B-6, B-12 plus others like 800iu Vitamin E, 1000 mg's Vitamin C to insure you have a healthy baby.

The traditional way is through sex, best time is mid point in your menstral cycle. If you have a period every 28 days then make sure you have sex from day 13 thru day 17. Medical science can help if nature won't

well the normal way is to have sex if you never heard that but if you are trying and cant get pregnate try another position i've heard that works
