This is an older B & W movie. Judging by the hairstyles and the cars I believe it mas made sometime in the 50's. The story is about a man and 2 sisters. The women who played the sisters were cast against type. The actress who looked severe and unfriendly was the kind and loving sister. The cute and perky sister was actually a total B. The male character is married to the mean sister, but he has always loved the nice sister, and she loves him as well. One day after a fight between the sisters the nice sister leaves the house in a rush and accidentally runs over the child of her sister and the man she loves. The mean sister leaves her husband because she blames her sister and he won't back her up. The nice sister and the man fall in love and have a child. Right after the baby is born the nice sister gives the child to her sister to replace the one that she accidentally killed and leaves. I think this movie was based upon a true event that was reported in the magazine Reader's Digest.

I believe i have seen that movie, it was entitled Snakes On a Plane.
