"...after my presentation, there will be a Question and Answer session....
Has to be "will be" as the event is yet to happen, so you need the future tense.
The comma is needed to separate phrases in the sentence. The first phrase is prepositional, the second a verb phrase.

After the word presentation, you have a space before the comma, also you should say in future tense, there will be a Question and Answer Session.

Yes. Your verb tense should be future rather than present, as the presentation is occurring in the future. "Question and Answer" does not need to be in quotes, nor does it need to be capitalized.
"After my presentation, there will be a question and answer session."
You can eliminate unnecessary words (deadwood) by getting rid of "there will be."
"A question and answer session will follow my presentation."

Without the context and rest of the sentence it is not possible to answer definitively, but consider whether 'there will be a Q & A session' would be more appropriate...?

Try, "after my presentation, there WILL BE a Question and Answers session" or "after my presentation I will be happy to answer your questions."
The first one is better if you're writing it, the second is better if you're saying it.

I would take out the comma after presentation - not needed and breaks up the sentence.

I would just say, "There will be a question and answer session after my presentation." It neatens it up. Good luck!

The speaker is making reference to a future time. Therefore there are only two possible answers.
1) ... there will be a... (prediction)
2) ... there is going to be a... (previously made decision)

I'm not sure question and answer needs to be in quotes and I'd lose the comma
