Because people are ignorant. Not everyone hates Jews. I sure don't. I don't hate anyone. I am not Jewish but I love Jesus Christ and he says to love everyone and I do. I feel sorry for the Jews and every race or nationality that is put down. I feel most sorry for the haters in the world because they will be judged harshly.

In the west, they are an intellectual and wealthy minority, therefore a good scapegoat for the problems of non-jews.
In the middle-east, Jews are hated becuase of the cruel actions of Israel against palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt etc.
For some reason, arabs can't tell the difference between jews and zionists.

well i hate Zionists as those r everybody haters,
i don't think that Jews r much hated as a religion (although they killed Jesus and they don't believe in him still and think them selves the chosen people!!) but they r hated as a blind Israel supporters because of Israel offensive acts in the middle east but i think it is just the victim-mentality ,
i mean Muslims should complain more about the injustice way of looking at them but still Jews r complaining

Not so sure.Too many bright minds.. some might have lend money & collect high interests during middle ages .
Now the mortgage companies /banks/government/credit card companies do that.So now every one should hate the credit card campanies instead. Also the CEO who cheat the investors.

Because they excel in the business world so very much. They can actually separate business and personal actions. Two business partners can be suing each other in court and go out to dinner with each other at night. I've seen it myself. Business is one thing and personal friendship is another and one doesn't interfere with the other. Most are very jealous of the Jewish. They are God's chosen people you know. I think I'll stay on their side and support them.
