I like that Schick Intuition razor with the soap around the blades. It works great in the shower without using any shaving cream. As to when...I'd say it all depends. I'll shave every other day if I'm just going to work and wearing pants, but if I know I'm wearing a skirt, shorts or a bathing suit, I'll shave right before I go out : )

I use the Schick Silk effects, with Olive oil, it's a great moisturizer and leaves skin smooth and soft, it even lessens the odds of getting little nicks or cuts. It also works wonders on those rough knees.
I only need to shave every three days, it will depend on how fast your "stubble" comes in, but some women prefer to shave every day no matter what.
Just be care full if this is your first time, go slow and easy , don't rush it or apply to much pressure on the blade!!!

um a something called a razor.. its sharp so don't hurt yourself and this brillant foam called shaving cream you should try it! and use it when ever the hair grows back/when suble is noticable
