as far as Nintendo sees it (and everybody else that matters) the gamecube is dead. Nintendo is giving it one last shot with Twilight Princess, but every thing else is moving to the next-gen systems.

Ok, ignore all the other answers; they're all wrong.
Sonic the Hedgehog will come out for the ps3 and xbox360 in NOVEMBER.
It's not going to come out for the gamecube, but it might happen in the future.
And there's a game called Sonic and the Secret of the Rings that comes out for the Wii.

I think Yes, since May the new game of Sonic, with the back bad Sonic, I think, is in Stock in Game Stop.

no it's only for ps3 and xbox 360 and theres another new sonic game called wildfire for the new gamecube system
