People first. Politics last.

Things I would like to change:

The Government
The attitude towards Mexicans and Muslims
The idea that everyone needs a gun for protection (to bear arms)
The non-urgent approach to the poorer sectors of society when an emergency arises...eg New Orleans and Katrina (but I think this would change with the change in Government)
Health care provision for the people that cannot afford it

Other than that I think the U.S. is a great place to live, and I really admire the freedom of expression and the sense of humour of Americans. After all is said and done, they can sit down, kick back a few and have a good laugh.

The entitlement attitude of so many people, the horrible tax system, the broken welfare state and election law.

Term limits for everyone. Flat tax for individuals & businesses. Require those on welfare & other public assistance programs to do SOMETHING for their check. Bust the problem unions like teachers & bolster the weaker ones where they can still stand to do some good. Build a wall across the southern border and deport as many illegals as possible while creating a viable guest worker program that has a large enforcement arm to track down & arrest those in violation. Cancel social security.

Our two party political system is better than anything else in the world, but that does not mean it has sunk to a low level. Politicians on both sides of the aisle are very engaged in trying to BEAT the other guy. That permeates into every decision, action, and idea. It is corrupt and disgusting, but it still beats what they have in other countries.

We need another Revolution... but this time, we need to make sure that those in power are the MOST restricted by laws (including laws against their making more), and not the LEAST restricted. We need to be sure that ANY war requires ALL members of the leadership to be on the FRONT LINES. We need to make sure that ALL crimes committed by the leadership are punished at the MAXIMUM penalty. We need to eliminate the income tax, the federal reserve, the fiat money system and the public education system.

Power attracts the very people who should not have it. So make power undesirable.

In this world we need to consider the basic commandment, "Thou shalt not kill," and not kill for any king/queen, any president, any ruler of any kind. Even if put on the front lines of a war, one must not kill his fellow man. In the United States it must be recognized that the courts,the Senate, the President should not, must not come between the laws of the Creator (Thou shalt not kill) and His children. It must be changed where necessary that a child of the Creator in the eyes of government,is obligated even to kill, to be loyal to his
government. If a person can cook for the Army let him do that.

The election laws are a farce.

Elections should be publicly funded & private campaign contributions should be prohibited (just like they are in most industrialized nations in the world.) Campaign donations are little better than bribes or bought votes, and the amount of bribes one candidate can accumulate should not determine the winner of our elections.

Why would you ask that? What happened to Saddam and Gomorrah. There will be no change as long as God is not in the picture. We are on the road to destruction. There will be a day when you will be flying and not even realize that you are dead. Many people have read the Bible and expect it. Everything is right on schedule. If we could do it to Japan, what makes you think it can't happen to us?

I think people need to be more responsible for their actions, including myself. If you decide to have a kid, take care of it and don't put yourself before the kid. If you are wrong, admit it. If you are right, admit it. Also, alot of people have attitude problems.....respect is is short supply these days. Anyway, gotta love America.

The Education system. This is the basis of real knowledge. Teach our children that whilst America is a great place to live, other Countries and Peoples share the same love of their own lands.

We are going thru a process that is as old as time. We need to understand it and break the cycle.

The average age of the world's great civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence:
from bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to complacency;
from complacency to apathy;
from apathy to dependency;
from dependency back again to bondage.” -- Sir Alex Fraser Tytler (1742-1813) Scottish jurist and historian

It is best to stay between spiritual faith and abundance. As soon as a nation crosses over to selfishness, the rest of the progression tends to occur.

I believe we have crossed the line. We are denying spiritual faith, we are in great debt, and the entitlement system in the country is destroying our human spirit and wealth.
