I am a HUGE fan of cover songs. I feel it is first a sign of a great song when others remake it and it is always neat to hear it done in a different format than the original. Also don't you find that suddenly you can understand the lyrics that you could not make out by the original band. Try finding a band called Hayseed Dixie's. they do hillbilly versions of a lot of stuff.

The original track, because a "remix" always has an annoying, way to speeded up generic disco-y techno beat. Bleh.

relies upon. each so often a remix provides a sparkling part to a music and improves it, liek Mariah Carey's "touch My physique." good music, however the remix with Rick Ross and The-Dream. Kanye West additionally heavily improves "Lollipop" interior the remix with the addition of his verse. In different situations, the remix takes each little thing removed from the music which you like approximately it. "positioned on" by using Jeezy and Kanye grew to become right into a solid music, yet while Kanye is replaced by using Jay-Z interior the remix, the ideal verse of the music is replaced. And the "Sweetest woman (greenback bill) remix" thoroughly ruined the feel of the music. Others like YoungBloodZ's "Presidential" is basically as solid as "Presidential tha Remix"

Most remixes are nonsence. They take 1 word, or a few words, and then keep repeating them over and over. That is not music. I have heard a FEW remixes that were very well done.

It depends.

If the song is "so-so" originaly then I usually like the remix of it better.

If its a great song by itself then of course I don't want to hear the remix! LoL

Good luck and happy listening!

I like remixes done by the same artist to have different versions of the same song.
Don't like cover versions made by other people esp. when it's the 10th artist to re-release the same song as a new version.
