I don't think you should get one. Its painful and dangerous. Besides, do you really want to be 90 years old with a wrinkly picture on your arms?

If you don't know what to get, the best thing to do is not get anything. Tattoo's are extremly personal(even on your arms).
Having other people give you ideas gives the impression you are trying to get them the "look cool". In that case I would suggest you get some tribal done, thats what everyone who wants to get noticed gets, that or barb-wire. you know something real played out.

I like tribal tattoos.
You can get different tattoos, but in the same style.
That way they're not exactly matching, but they don't clash.
Or just get ones that represent something important to you.
It's a really personal decision.

Why in Gods name would you ask total strangers what you should permanently put on your body? If you don't have any ideas then think about it... do you really want a tattoo? what things are meaningful to you? what are you into and will you be into it 20 years from now?

I recommend that you get something that you like --but remember, you will be wearing it a lifetime so choose wisely! I know people who have gotten Satan on their arms and then became Christians. I have seen some get names of people only to break up with them. Choose a safe one -- that will grow up with you as you grow up. Believe it or not, you are still a young'in!

My advice would be to get somthing that's meaningful and somthing that you feel strong about. Personally, I'd stay away from trial because it's the most common. Being "common" is somthing I'd try to stay away from. If it's your first tat, go in with a friend and get somthing together but try to keep it origional. If it comes down to it, draw somthing yourself so you know it's a one of a kind.

i wouldn't suggest matching tattoos. i personally have 3 and each of them have a very personal meaning to me. you could get song lyrics that mean something to you. dont just get a tattoo to get one, make sure you are going to love it forever!

The Suicide king on one arm and the One Eyed Jack on the other. Looks good since my brother just did it. Then he added the hebrew word for "you mayst" on the side. It looks awesome!
