Looking at boobs is natural for men. However, staring is totally unacceptable.

Tell him not to worry and save enough money so that he can have the breasts implants that he has always wanted. He probably looks at breasts to compare and see what size he wants for his own. If you are a guy I would be careful with a gay friend like him. Most "Bob"s in this world is gay. I know one Bob who is gay. If you are a girl, don't worry he doesn't look at your flat chest. You kinda look like a guy.

What's wrong with that? Most guys like to look at women, either in parts or in whole. That's why some women make themselves up, strip, dance & pose nude, post their nude pics on their websites and ask us to rate them. Sluts know what's up and how to get it up. Guys like sex and looking at sexy women.

I have the same problem. He may have a motherhood complex. Ask him if he wants to have a family with lots of kids. If he does have a motherhood complex, he can't change. However, he may just have a desire for sex, whether consciously or unconsciously.
