well... Monday-Thursday I am forced to sit in class for 1 hour and 15 minutes straight for each class so... but at a movie or on a trip I have had to sit for bout 3 hours ... but at home I usually don't sit in the same spot for more than 30 minutes!

An hour at most. I usually have to get up and go pee about every hour so thats about how long I can sit in one spot.

My longest stretch was 2 1/2 days. But In civilian life I routinely do 12+ hours in hunting situations

Hon, that's my job. Literally! I work in an office and I HAVE to sit and answer phones and work with my laptop. When I get up is to go to the restroom. But the longest I can stay in my chair is 4hours.
