An ultrsound is really the only way although some say that a consistant fast heartbeat over 150 beats is a girl and slower heartbeat is a boy, I have 4 boys they were 145 to 148, the 4 girls ran around 156. I was always ready to see what the ultrasound results were though.

Go to your doctor, and ask them if you can get an ultra sound. It's this thing they move around on top of your belly. The results are those pictures that look like 1/3 circles of babies that you've probably seen before.
If the doctor can tell, you can ask them if they know whether or now it's a boy or a girl.

The only absolute sure way is birth but ultra sounds are usually pretty accurate. (20-22wks)

well.......If it s boy , you'll look fab, only gettting huge at the front. If its a girl, you'll just get huge everywhere!!!

it depends on how you sleep
if you sleep on your right side its probably a girl
if you sleep on your left side its probably a boy
if you sleep on your back go to the doctor and ask him/her to do a sonogram
