Does any one have a serious response as to what might me causing this malfunction?

Must be short. That is where a bare wire is grounding thus causing enough current (amps) draw to melt (blow) the fuse. So you need to tack down the cause of the by trial and error.

You have a short caused by something positive hitting the grounded area aof your vehicle. Somewhere where the wires are crossing across the frame there is a short. These problems are all a little diffecult to find.

believe it or not a bulb can cause this problem,i had it happen to me once and almost never found the problem,the element in the bulb was going to ground and blowing the fuse.

u have a short to ground. have u replaced any bulbs lately? if so it might be installed wrong.
email me what make and model it is and i may be able to give u a good starting point to look.

shorts aren't the easiest to find, there is some speceil tools that make it easier but they are pricey.
