Tell all your neighbours to get of the line.... or run a spy ware check (see your yahoo toolbar) also run a anti-virus scan also get windows defender (free from Microsoft)

It may be your server's problem and there's nothing you can do about that. The same thing happened to me just last week. It lasted 4 days and drove me crazy. Then it just went back to normal.
