Open internet explorer (IE) and go to Tools>>>Internet Options>>>Programs

Click on Reset Web Settings and on the next window, uncheck the box that says "Reset My Home Page" and click Yes.

You will receive a message that IE has been set to defaults. Close IE and restart the system.

Good luck!!!

Go to your task bar, right click, left click on cascade windows, resize the window and close the window. Now when you want to load that window, it should be the size that you made it. Work with only one window when doing this.

if you are talking about your IE windows - Open a new window, stretch it to the size you want you windows to open to, close it.

IE opens all new windows to the size of the last non-maximized window that was closed.
