What requirements must I meet to marry other people? That is, for other people to get merried under my supervision. Do I need to be a religious official (minister, rabbi, etc?) or can I get a governmental permit?

you just need to get your notary public, its not expensive

You can be a government official or a minister.... in both cases you need to write the exam and get licenced

Do a google search. There's a way to qualify via the internet. I think its called the Universal Church of Life or something like that...

Look in the phone book or on the net. You just have to apply for a license in that state.

You have to be registered I think. I'm not sure where you can do that though. I've heard you can get registered online. So I'd start there.
