I missed my period for six months once due to stress and depression. Once I straightened out some things in my life, it went back to normal. Try meditating or talking to a friend about the problems that are causing your stress and depression. Best wishes!

Both stress and depression can delay a period. I was 6 weeks late due to stress, finally had to go on hormones to re-start it. Are you sure your not pregnant? Call you doctor and get checked out

OK, thinking back, here is a list of conversation topics I have covered in length with my girlfriends over the last few weeks: The future of lab-grown meat products Why americans are so loathe to admit climate change is occuring? how cool it would be if Prince Harry became king and Boris Johnsone became mayor of London? Why Tom Cruise is such a tw*t how tall is Kevin Bacon? whether Ariel Castro should face the death penalty or not How to survive a pit bull attack Scuba diving in somalia - is the risk worth experiencing the worlds greatest dive site? how to survive a shark attack Are muffins a legitimate health food? How fast can you run 5K? Why do so many people seem to be setting animals on fire lately? Does quantum physics provide an explanation for near death experiences? In what ways has religion hampered the civilisation of the human species? Which tastes worse: turnips or brussel sprouts?

Not everyone is the textbook case of a period every 28 days. I have had friends that had a period every three months or even only 2 times per year and that was what was normal for them. Let your body be what it is and don't stress out if you aren't just like everyone else.

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Stress and depression can delay a period and can also make them more frequent. Check you aren't pregnant.
