I downloaded virtual villagers, but i didn't recieve an activation code. can anybody help me?

look on your credit card receipt for the phone number to contact them i find it's much easier to work things out over the phone

You have to pay for the code. If you paid and haven't recieved it, then contact their support and tell them what happened.
