I don't blame you. Growing up is not as fun as everyone tries to make it to be. The responsibility can be overwhelming. The only advice I can give is to just take care of yourself.

Ok well my husband is 25 and cries over every movie. So that's ok, but you are 19.... I think that you might have a lot of pressure on you at home. i didn't "grow up" until i was 22-23. I was an out of control girl from 17 until then. I mean way out of control. And one day I met someone settled down, and now I'm a totally different person. I tried college, didn't work for me. I tried working, I had a lot of jobs, but that didn't work either. i felt sorta the same way, I didn't know what I wanted to do in life. You might not like this answer But I say Join the military. It's the most secure, and relativly easy job. You make mad cash and live well beyond the means of others. get stationed at Hurlburt Field in Florida. and you will never question your life again. I did not join the military but my husband did, and we have a really good life. lots of money, nice cars.... so on. and it's a normal job once you get past like the first year. That's just still like the adjustment period. Great stuff.....

Sweetheart, I'm 34 and I don't want to grow up sometimes lol. But growin up doesn't mean you can't have fun anymore. The key is knowing when to be grown up and when you can let that kid out. You don't have to give up fun, or kids films or cartoons (ok, maybe cartoons are just MY thing). And the future is surely nothin to feel sad about..the whole world is at your feet, knock yourself out. My fun REALLY started at 29 and I've been on a non-stop rollercoaster of hella fun ever since! It's what you make of your moments in life no matter what age

Hey I'm a lot older than you and still don't want to grow up a lot of the time. Life is not easy but we only get one shot at it so please make the most of what you have. And if part of it is growing up and becoming responsible then do so but keep a bit of your youth inside you till they plant you.

What do you mean "you don't want to grow up"? Thats apart of life. you can't always be on mommas titty. Not to be mean or anything but snap out of it! there is a whole world out there, discover it. you have many years to come. I think growing up was the best part of life. I'm not trying to be a kill joy but you still can have fun. good luck to you

I feel much the same way at twenty-six years old. Adulthood has so few perks to offer, not really any aside from more sex, and so many negatives, like people expecting the world from you and demanding you follow the same life plan as them -- house, marriage, kids (*uck that shite).
If you want to hold on to your youth, hold on.

Dude you don't want to be a virgin forever. Don't fear the future. It is part of growing up. Even though it is fun not to have any responcibilies, but after awhile you want to get away from mom and dad. Truest me even though it sucks working and everything. Being you your own has its own rewards.
